Joe was very helpful and professional. He gave clear instructions to his employees, got them to take photos at each stage of the work and checked everything afterwards. He also looked over the job with me and added extra flashings at my request. while he was there, there was a problem with the lock and it turned out that he is also a locksmith and tried to mend the lock. When it broke again the next day, he came out and removed the old lock and will be replacing it for us.
